Job Description
Ukio is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage guest operations, facilities management, and new apartments onboarding for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest requests and complaints, ensuring the cleanliness and quality of apartments, and providing data-driven recommendations for operational efficiency and customer service.
Requirements
- 1+ years of operational and/or customer service experience in hospitality/vacation rental industry
- Previous experience using Property Management Systems
- Valid driving license is a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian required
