Ukio is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Barcelona. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
- Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent level of Spanish and English.
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus

- Confident to work in cross-functional teams
