Ukio is a startup that disrupts the traditional residential real estate market by providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for short-term stays. They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive B2B to join their team and take the business to the next level by developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.

Requirements

• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
• Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations,to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
