UL Solutions is searching for a HR Business Partner to support managers and colleagues in the UK and Ireland, reporting to the Senior Manager, Field HR. The HR Business Partner will acquire general understanding of local business divisions to support people strategies, talent development and retention at the local level.
Requirements
- Execute enterprise people strategies in collaboration with relevant HR functions and drive adoption of business and HR initiatives locally
- Collaborate with leaders to support One HR Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, employee engagement and retention strategies locally
- Coach and guide local leaders and provide responsive approaches to employee relations matters
- Understand local employment law, market conditions and trends impacting talent attraction and retention
- Execute people processes locally (including but not limited to salary planning, talent development, performance and exit management) leveraging workforce analytics and insights
- Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure local adoption and compliance and identify areas of risk
- Support audit, compliance and other HR related programs locally
- Develop and implement local programs using knowledge of organizational goals and objectives
- Support the development and execution of HR projects and perform other duties as directed
