Manufacturing Engineer Intern (Summer 2026)

Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern and contribute to real process improvements, real production challenges, and real operational outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. As a team member, you will partner with manufacturing engineers, operators, quality, and supply chain to improve production efficiency through data-driven process analysis, support root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field
• Analytical and comfortable working with data
• Hands-on and curious about how things are built
• Comfortable on a production floor (not just behind a desk)
• Strong communicators who can translate engineering to operators
• Self-directed and energized by solving real problems
