Intern, Environmental Health and Safety

Ultragenyx is seeking an Intern, Environmental Health and Safety to support EHS compliance activities related to the Gene Therapy Manufacturing Facility and Quality Control Labs. The role will involve supporting site inspections, data management, metric reporting, and continuous improvement projects, with opportunities to learn about gene therapy manufacturing and hands-on experience in a GMP environment.

Requirements

• BS/BA in technical discipline: Safety, Environmental, Life Sciences, Engineering or similar field
• 0-1 year experience in the EHS field, prior internship is desired
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Creative problem-solving capabilities
