Certified Pharmacy Technician, Outpatient Prescription Center, Per Diem

Certified Pharmacy Technician responsible for performing daily operations within the Outpatient Pharmacy, including packaging, preparation of medications, record keeping, and drug distribution. Assists with prescription intake and delivery, and interacts with providers and patients to update them on out of stock, insurance, or other emergent issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy
• Certified by one of the national governing bodies such as PTCB, or the National Healthcareer Association ExCPT
• Proficiency in math
• Knowledge and ability to use a computer
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with accuracy, efficiency, and dependability
• Positive work ethic, motivated and professional demeanor
