Ultrasound Technologist, 32 HPW, Days

Perform ultrasound scans to produce images to assist physicians in the diagnosis of injury and/or disease for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include obtaining and recording patient clinical information, assisting and positioning patients, processing and recording scanned images, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness of rooms. Maintain yearly competency in Trophon disinfection processes and assists in other area/modalities as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Registrant or registry eligible by the ARDMS
• BLS certification required within 90 days from date of hire
• Additional registries are encouraged
