The Business Banking Relationship Officer Sr. will be responsible for increasing the Bank's profitability by cultivating new commercial relationships and the expansion/retention of existing relationships. The role requires utilizing credit acumen and knowledge of non-credit products, as well as being resilient, agile, accountable, and driven.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years proven business banking sales experience
- Superior strategic sales knowledge of selling to small business owners
- High level of business banking product knowledge and product innovation
- Strong knowledge of market/industry trends
- Ability to articulate credit and operational risk and advise team
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting and commercial lending practices
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
