Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience
- 2 years' proven business banking sales experience
- Strategic sales knowledge selling to small business owners
- Business banking product knowledge and product innovation
- Awareness of market/industry trends
- Ability to source/produce efficient credit opportunities
- Knowledge of commercial lending practices and loan documentation/loan servicing requirements
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
