Business Development Officer - Capital Finance

As a Business Development Officer – Capital Finance, you will be responsible for originating loans, negotiating prices, and maintaining relationships with referral sources. You will also assist in the underwriting process and market to current and potential referral sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years credit experience with 3 years sales experience in a banking, finance or asset-based lending environment
• Marketing tools and methods, including mailings, telemarketing, and customer outreach
• Analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and interpret financial documents
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
