Legal Counsel

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to assist in planning and executing meetings of the Boards of Directors and their committees, and to provide legal education, counsel, and advice to various stakeholders. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will work collaboratively to manage operations and strategies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• JD and license to practice law
• 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate law, securities, or company governance
• Familiarity with SEC reporting, stock exchange listing standards, and corporate governance best practices
