Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of retail banking sales experience or other relevant experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain a NMLS registration within 90 days
• Basic math skills and ability to problem solve
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately
• Ability to make personal connections and engage customers
• Strong business development capabilities
• Ability to use expert product knowledge and conversation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems
