Doka is an innovative and reliable partner to the construction industry. The company is looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen its multi-member HR Business Partner team on a part-time basis (25 hours a week).

Requirements

• Completed education or study with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology or comparable qualification
• First professional experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and/or HR Consultant
• Passion for recruiting and active sourcing
• Structured, independent, and proactive working method, as well as enjoyment of taking responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and high service orientation
