Form-on USA Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Territory Sales Representative to contribute to the company's success by developing strategic customer relationships and executing a go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, formwork, scaffolding, or industrial equipment sectors
- Proven track record of territory management and new business development
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and go-to-market execution
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., smartCRM) and digital communication platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
