Change Manager (Client-site)

Umpisa Inc. is seeking a Change Manager to drive organizational transformation and ensure effective adoption and sustainability of change initiatives across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in organizational change initiatives or providing internal change consultation in complex environments
• Strong understanding of change management processes and how individuals and teams transition through change
• Experience managing change for large-scale transformation efforts
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and phases of the project lifecycle
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels
