International Consultant for Country Programme Evaluation

UN Women is seeking an International Consultant for a Country Programme Evaluation in Moldova. The evaluation will assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the Country Office's contributions to development results for gender equality at the country level. The evaluation will focus on the Strategic Note 2023-2027 and will use a theory-based design to assess the performance of the country portfolio. The consultant will work closely with the evaluation team and stakeholders to ensure a gender-responsive and participatory evaluation process.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in conducting gender-responsive evaluations
• Extensive experience in applying qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods
• Experience in designing and leading evaluations
• Knowledge of the role of UN Women and its programming, coordination, and normative roles
