UN Women Moldova Country Office Strategic Note 2023-2027 evaluation aims to assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the country portfolio. The evaluation will be gender-responsive and adhere to the UNEG Norms and Standards and UN Women Evaluation Policy and Handbook.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social science, sociology, international development, gender/women studies or related area
• At least 5 years of practical experience on relevant development GEWE related issues
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, gender analysis, and human rights-based approaches
• Fluent in English, Romanian written and spoken
