National consultant to provide expertise in strategic advisory support in vocational education and training (VET) interventions (Local Post for residents of the Republic of Moldova)

The position is for a National consultant to provide technical and advisory support to ensure that vocational education and training (VET)-related interventions are coherent, feasible, and effectively embedded within the national education and training system in Moldova.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in education, social sciences, public policy, international development, labour economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in vocational education and training (VET), skills development, employment services, education policy, or related areas
• Demonstrated experience working with government institutions, particularly in the education or labour sectors
• Experience in applying and/or integrating national frameworks, standards and evidence-based practices related to gender equality and inclusion of vulnerable groups in programmes and policies
• Fluency in Romanian and English
