Job Description
The UN Women Gender in Humanitarian Action Programme and Coordination Analyst will coordinate the gender in humanitarian action programming portfolio in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. The role involves coordinating with national partners and stakeholders, monitoring and reporting, and providing technical support to humanitarian action initiatives. The Analyst will work closely with the programme and operation teams in the Sub-Office and Country Office, as well as with UN agencies, local and women-led organizations, and government counterparts. The position requires a strong background in gender equality programming, experience in humanitarian settings, and expertise in inter-agency coordination and project management. The Analyst will lead a team of three personnel, including a Programme Associate and two affiliate personnel.
