Job Description
Unblu is an international company that provides highly secure engagement and collaboration software to leading banks and insurance companies. The Legal Counsel will support international negotiations and ensure data compliance in collaboration with the Director of Compliance.
Requirements
- Negotiate and finalize customer, supplier, and partner contracts
- Collaborate in the preparation and automation of templates and playbooks
- Ensure accuracy of legal documents for external distribution
- Manage and own all data protection processes
- Support and backup the DPO in its functions and advise internal clients on data protection risks and negotiation strategy
- Maintain and share policies, guidelines, training materials, legal memoranda, and templates
- Maintain the legal templates, keep the legal files organized, and accessible
- Own and ensure the smooth running of the signature process via Docusign
