Job Description
Join Unblu, a leading provider of digital engagement software for financial institutions, as a Legal Counsel. As a key member of the legal and compliance department, you will work remotely with a team of tech-savvy professionals to negotiate and finalize contracts, ensure data compliance, and support international negotiations.
Requirements
- Negotiate and finalize Unblu and Unblu's group companies' customer, supplier, and partner contracts
- Collaborate in the preparation and automation of templates and playbooks
- Ensure accuracy of legal documents for external distribution
- Manage and own all data protection processes
- Support and backup the DPO in its functions and advise internal clients on data protection risks and negotiation strategy
- Seamlessly work with colleagues in different geographies to coordinate and harmonize document management, schedules, and project tracking
