Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience hitting ambitious targets in commercial closing roles in the B2B technology or financial services industries (lending experience preferred)
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, quota-carrying environment, driving both existing and incremental revenue growth through proactive account management, strategic upsells, and cross-sell initiatives
- Consistently exceeded targets by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Excellent analytical skills tempered with a sense of commerciality, financial acumen and strong administration skills
- Working knowledge of a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce would be ideal
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
