Sales Associate role to support new business development and client relationships across P&C insurance portfolio, ideal for early insurance or insurtech experience with a growth mindset and willingness to learn consultative sales skills.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in insurance, insurtech, or a client-facing brokerage role
- Exposure to property & casualty insurance concepts
- Willingness to work a Hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week) in Madison, WI office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deals or accounts at once
- Excellent communication and professionalism skills
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
