Operations Manager [ Open to all candidates ]

Operations Manager responsible for managing Country Office (CO) operations, financial resources, human resources, procurement, logistical and administrative services, and information and communication technology. Ensures compliance with UN/UNDP rules, regulations, and policies. Supervises operations staff and collaborates with programme staff, UN Agencies, and Government officials.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in providing management advisory services and/or managing operational systems
• Experience in using computers, office software packages, and web-based management systems
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
