Job Description
The Programme Associate will support the Country Office in Bahrain in implementing the Country Programme Documents (CPDs) and ensuring the effective management of programmes and projects. The role will involve providing background information for CPD preparation, supporting project implementation, and contributing to the management of data and knowledge sharing. The Programme Associate will work closely with the Programme Analyst and other staff in the CO and UNDP HQ to ensure the successful delivery of the CO programme.
Requirements
- Secondary education or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with high school diploma or 3 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in progressively responsible administrative/management or programme experience
- Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and advanced knowledge of web-based management systems such as ERP
- Fluency in English and national language (Arabic)
