Project Associate

The Project Associate will support the implementation of the "Enabling of Belize's Statistical System" project, strengthening Belize's national infrastructure and institutional capacity for data and statistical management. The position requires a secondary education or university degree in Business Administration or Public Administration, with at least 6 years of administrative or project experience or 3 years with a bachelor's degree. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of project outputs, supporting resource mobilization, and preparing technical and financial reports.

Requirements

• Secondary education or university degree in Business Administration or Public Administration
• At least 6 years of administrative or project experience or 3 years with a bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated track record in preparing technical and financial reports and accounts management of international projects
• Experienced in using computers, office software packages, web-based management systems, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools
• Knowledge of procurement procedures of national/international
• Knowledge of project management processes
