Senior Leasing Manager

We're looking for a talented Senior Leasing Manager to join our Leasing team. The role will lead the leasing strategy for the asset, with oversight of both Croydon and St James Quarter in Edinburgh, ensuring each scheme has a clear, commercially driven plan. The Senior Leasing Manager will appoint, manage, and motivate both the internal leasing team and external agents, set the budget in partnership with Asset Management, and deliver against the Business Plan leasing targets.
