Job Description
Weâre looking for a commercially minded individual to join our Leasing Team as the Speciality Leasing Manager to help shape the retail experience across four centres in Sweden and Denmark.
Requirements
- Experience within sales, retail, or the property industry, ideally with exposure to leasing or business development.
- Strong interest in retail trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging brands; confident using social media and digital platforms to identify opportunities.
- Comfortable approaching new brands, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful stakeholder relationships, translating strategic objectives into longâterm partnerships.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Social media savvy with a genuine interest in digitally native and innovative brands.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
