Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated, strategic National Account & Specialty Leasing Manager to join our Specialty Leasing team. This role is responsible for generating new revenue opportunities with national specialty tenants while driving short-term leasing across common areas (RMUs/Kiosks) and local in-line spaces.
Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in brand management, client service, media, entertainment, marketing consulting, or agencies
- Experience with global brands preferred
- Experience blending physical and digital programs
- Success with cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Authentic learner with integrity and drive
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce & DocuSign a plus
- Ability to generate leads using multiple platforms
- Resilient and able to overcome obstacles
