Job Description
The Technical Manager will play a central role in optimising energy performance, planning long-term technical investments, and supporting data-driven reporting at one of Sweden's most successful shopping centres, working for a leading international real estate company.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary technical education (e.g., property management, building operations)
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in technical property management; commercial property experience is beneficial
- Strong administrative skills, comfortable working with digital systems
- Experience in shopping centres, control systems, automation, or energy-saving projects is an advantage
- Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
