Job Description
The Administrative and Financial Assistant will provide administrative and financial support to the project team, including processing financial transactions, handling allowances, maintaining financial records, and coordinating logistics. The assistant will also assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, and provide regular financial reports to the Project Manager and the CTA.
Requirements
- Completed higher secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in related fields
- Experience in office procedures and practices, preferably within the UN system or in a multicultural environment
- Experience in project administration, accounting and finance
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP software
- Technical and functional experience in using administrative skills to assist in the execution of project development and implementation
