Advanced university degree (master’s) in engineering, sciences, economics, business administration, international relations or other relevant discipline with relevant specialization, At least five (5) years of professional experience in technical cooperation project management or portfolio project management including some exposure at the international level

7 years of experience in policy formulation, industrial policy, and evidence-based analysis; advanced university degree in economics, development studies, or public policy; strong understanding of Belize's economic structure and policy environment

Completed higher technical education in electronics and communication engineering, or equivalent, and at least 5 years of relevant experience as a conference/communication technician
International Quality Infrastructure Expert
Advanced degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years of quality infrastructure experience, knowledge of ECOWAS quality issues, Quality Management System experience

Completed higher secondary education, 8 years of work experience, and fluency in English are required
National Procurement & Finance Expert
First level university degree, minimum 6 years of professional experience, experience in procurement and financing services, proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools, knowledge of financial and procurement procedures, experience working on donor-funded projects within the UN system
National Technical Advisor
8 years of relevant professional experience, a first-level university degree in Agricultural Science, and experience in supporting laboratories in preparation for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation

8 years of professional experience for first-level university degree, 5 years for advanced university degree, or 3 years for Doctorate
