Job Description
Unifi Aviation is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our organization as a Labor Relations Specialist. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in labor relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining concepts is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
