Client Service Technical Consultant (L2)

Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, survey solutions, scheduling & labour management, and time & attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environment.

Requirements

• Strong system administration skills across Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, CloudWatch, Load Balancers).
• Working knowledge of system integrations including APIs, file-based interfaces, and scheduled data integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a good understanding of Internet-based technologies including DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.
