The successful candidate will take full P&L ownership of national retail customers, develop and execute growth strategies, and lead cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management
- Proven track record managing and growing national accounts with major UK retailers
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of retail P&L and category management
- Experience in contract negotiation and managing complex customer relationships
- Frequent user of EPOS data, forecasting systems, and commercial analytics
- Passion for sustainability and interest in eco-friendly consumer products
