Job Description
The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure to support Union Community Care's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, administration, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with Windows and Linux server environments
- Expertise in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards and security frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach
