The Sales Counselor will be responsible for providing a top-tier, standout experience for customers by guiding them throughout the home buying process. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the new home sales industry and local real estate trends, with a developed network of realtors and a strong track record of sales performance.
Requirements
- 1+ years' history of high sales performance in new or existing home sales
- Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Brix and other office business software preferred)
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
