Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10+ years' working experience
- 3+ years' manager role
- Working knowledge of ADP and other payroll solutions
- Working knowledge of Workday system and other HRIS platform
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, internal controls, and management
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software and payroll programs and applications
- Knowledge of audits, income tax forms, etc.
- Ability to prepare ad-hoc reports for management
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel (formula & pivot table), PowerPoint and e-mail
