Job Description
UNIQLO is seeking a Senior Payroll & HRIS Specialist to oversee full-cycle payroll operations, maintain HRIS systems, and ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient people processes across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting
- PCP designation (preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in payroll and HRIS administration
- Strong working knowledge of ADP, Workday, and other payroll/HRIS platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and experience preparing ad hoc reports
- Experience with accounting principles, journal entries, and payroll-related bookkeeping
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
