Requirements
- Proven B2B sales professional with SaaS, software, or technology sales experience
- Confident running demos and tailoring the conversation to what the customer cares about
- Commercially sharp with strong instincts for qualification, deal momentum, and forecasting accuracy
- Genuinely curious about AI and what it can do for the care sector
- Self-motivated, organised, and accountable, particularly in a hybrid or remote setting
