Engagement Specialist/Case Manager

The Engagement Specialist will assist with linking individuals to services, gathering demographic information, scheduling appointments, and educating individuals about services. They will engage with clients to work through barriers to receiving treatment and re-engage individuals who have missed appointments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and three years experience in a social services related position
• Associate’s degree in a social services related field and one year experience in a social services related position
• Certified Peer Specialist or be eligible to apply lived experience with a mental health condition
