Job Description
Unison Health seeks a Case Manager to join its Home-Based Treatment team, providing services to youth and families with complex behavioral health needs. This role offers flexible, community-based work, small caseloads, and extensive training opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Meet Ohio MHAS criteria for Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) if not licensed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be insurable under the agency's commercial liability policy
- Experience working with children and families preferred
