Sr. Real Estate Counsel - Renewables

Unison is a global telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Counsel to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States. The role involves managing a pipeline of deals, negotiating and drafting documents, and overseeing due diligence activities.

Requirements

• 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required.
• Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

• $150,000 - $200,000 a year
• Additional variable compensation above base pay
