Requirements
- Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related field (completed or truncated).
- Technical degree in Computer Systems or related field.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in on-site technical support.
- Knowledge of video conferencing rooms and ITSM tools.
- Experience in image loading, configuration and optimization of equipment.
- Ability to resolve technical problems of variable complexity.
