Service Management Presales Solution Architect

We are seeking a Service Management Presales Solution Architect to lead the design of value-driven managed service solutions and shape client conversations from need to outcome. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience in service management and presales, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build viable solutions. Fluency in English is required, and experience with managed services or MSP models is a plus.
