Job Description
Field Engineer responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, with a focus on customer satisfaction and NV1 security clearance.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in supporting Deskside support environment
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
- Test and Tag experience highly regarded
- NV1 security clearance
- Drivers License
