Job Description
The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products. The role requires experience in a Deskside support environment, desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
- Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)
- Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's
- Test and Tag experience highly regarded
- Minimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environment
- NV1 security clearance
- Drivers License
