Job Description
The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a personalized, premium-level experience by effectively managing service appointments, explaining technical information, and overseeing the timely delivery of service and repair work to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor role preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
- Experience in dealership or multi-brand service environments preferred
