Customer Care Specialist

Customer Care Specialist provides exceptional service to internal and external Customers via telephone and email, learning all the Bank’s products, services, and working with all lines of business to resolve Customer concerns.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of call center or banking experience
• Minimum of 1 year of professional Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and computer skills in a Windows based environment
• Ability to work in a structured fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Active listening
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
